FAA AERONAUTICAL SURVEYS
As an avid commercial and instrument rated pilot, Mr. Rubino brings a wealth of knowledge and operational skills not available to most other surveying firms. Mr. Rubino has extensive knowledge of FAA No. 405 standards for aeronautical surveys, FAA regulations for part 77 surfaces, the establishment of PACS and SACS in the airport environment, ILS approach equipment and procedures, VASI and PAPI verification and has been SIDI with VQ badged on numerous occasions.
